Step 3: Dependent upon the findings from our initial
consultation, we will complete the loan application and collect various
financial documentation specific to your situation.
Step 4: Your mortgage consultant will research
a variety of loan programs and provide several options which are
most likely to meet your financial objectives. We will provide you
with a comparative analysis and make recommendations as to which
program best suits you.
Step 5: Once pre-approved for the loan program
you choose, Sound Mortgage Group’s processing team will order
the necessary documentation. We manage your loan throughout the entire
process so that you don’t have to.
